CCLD Makerspace is a free community space at the Steele Memorial Library in Elmira, NY where people of all ages come to create and learn about technology and crafts. Combine your imagination with our equipment to make your creative ideas come alive.
We are now open for walk-in visits, but we still recommend making a reservation ahead of time if you need to use a certain piece of equipment (laser engraver, X-Carve CNC, etc.).
- 12:00pm–7:00pm Monday–Thursday
- 12:00pm–4:00pm Friday
Not sure what to 3D print? Find designs to print at Thingiverse.com (we prefer .STL files).
Our makerspace is free and open to the public. While use of the space and most of the tools is free, we charge a minimal fee for materials to cover our cost and the maintenance of equipment.
